WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE
Be motivated in a small group (4-6 people) with a Personal Trainer for a challenging 60 minute session, including weekly weigh-in & circuit training. You will get the results of working with a personal trainer but not the cost. Select from 1 or 2 days a week, for 4 or 8 weeks.

IDEAL FOR
This is the ideal program for those who want to tone up, lose inches & lose weight. Not recommended for those with severe injuries or first-time exercisers.
