RUN CLUB
Learn to run a 5K or 10K race as early as this summer. Not only will running increase your stamina & cardiovascular health, but it will shed those unwanted pounds too. If you're looking for some fun, the group setting is extremely motivating and supportive. By learning to run with a running coach you will benefit from professional support that includes goal setting, week by week training manual and stretching guidance to push yourself beyond your imagination while avoiding potential injury.
IDEAL FOR
Beginners who want to learn to run or those who want to advance their technique to accomplish a 5K or 10K run. Candidates will not have any severe lower body injuries.
NOTE
6 weeks, will approximately last around 45 mind. Rain or shine.
Members & Non-Members welcome.
Starts Tuesday June 1, 10am with Dana and Thursday June 3, 6pm with Devi.
