WFCC - Promenade: Pre-Natal Fitness




 




Feel Strong & Toned during your pregnancy by learning resistance training exercises that are safe for you and your baby. This workout will help alleviate common discomforts of pregnancy, restore your energy level and increase support in your spine all in a fun & friendly small group session of 3-6 participants.

IDEAL FOR
Pregnant women who are past their first trimester.

4 weeks and starts Monday Sept 27 6:00-7:00pm with Andrea from "Mommy & Baby Fitness"
11:00am-12:00pm
Members & Non-Members welcome.
