What Information Do We Require?
The Womens Fitness Clubs of Canada may collect the following personal information:
a) Contact Information
b) Information about your fitness interests, fitness goals and general fitness state;
c) Limited health information for safety purposes;
d) Proof of identity (such as a signature or drivers license number);
e) Financial and billing information
f) Name of employer (if you are seeking services under a corporate membership).
How will we use the Information?
As part of our business operations, we collect and use certain personal information
strictly for the following purposes (the Club will not sell or disclose your personal

• To give the Club an insight into fitness industry and member trends
• To understand the demographics and to better serve our members
• To understand your fitness and objectives and to assist you in achieving them
• To identify you as a paying member

Telemarketing
We fully comply with the Telemarketing Rules established by the Canadian Radiotelevision
and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC). The Club is registered as an
exempt telemarketer and will not contact members outside the hours of 9:00 am to 9:30
pm Monday to Friday and 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday and Sunday.
