Front desk staff are welcoming, especially Jay. Joanne G is accommodating, fair and understands the delicate balance of managing a women's-only gym. Instructors are fun and motivating, especially Alin - top notch, award-winning instructor! Plenty of equipment, very clean change rooms, great business hours.
I really love the comfortable atmosphere at the Club. I've been a member for more than 10 years and have made a lot of great 'gym friends'!
My trainer, Sandra, has been terrific! She inspires me to work hard and push myself out of my comfort zone. We have a great time together!
I would recommend the Club to anyone looking to change their lives.
Great variety of equipment. Very clean changerooms and washrooms. Good variety of classes to choose from. Highly recommend this gym.
It is the best thing for me. To come to Womens Fitness for my workout. I look forward to the group classes that I do. They have the most motivating instructors and I enjoy all my classes. The hot yoga studio that they have set up is also a plus point. They are working on getting more classes and good instructors. I am never going to move out of this neighbourhood just cause I love my gym.
I have used this gym more than any membership I've had - it's clean, great amenities,and I am comfortable there. The staff provide support on an ongoing basis which motivates me.
