TEEN PERSONAL TRAINING (Girls ages 12 - 16 yrs.)

  • Small group exercise program. Maximum of 6 girls/trainer.
  • 1 hour cardio & toning program. Girls learn to use the cardio & weight training equipment in the club
  • 6 week duration

  • A power hour of cardio, abs and great music-this class will have your daughter's heart pumping to the max!  A great introduction to spinning, this class will teach her the basics of safe spinning while getting fantastic results at the same time.
