WFCC - 15 Minute Express Workout




 




NO TIME TO WORKOUT?
This program consists of three 15 minute sessions a week with a personal trainer for 8 weeks. You will build your core, strengthen your entire body and improve your cardiovascular capacity. Remember, it's not how long you workout, it's what you are doing when you workout.

IDEAL FOR
This program is ideal for busy women that feel they don't have the time to workout, need a change in routine or just need some serious motivation.
