Welcome To Our Fitness Playground.

Small groups 2-4 people with Functional Training Coach.
60 minute sessions offered every day of the week.
All fitness levels welcome. Recommended for those
without injuries.
Reservations  for registered participants can be made starting 48 hours in advance
of session date at Reception.
Free Passes must be presented at time of session.  Please contact your Personal Training Director  to sign up for your free session prior to the pass expiry date.
